Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager for “Talent Engagement”

The position will be responsible for driving employee engagement and work-life balance initiatives, manage internal communication and build harmonious employee relations. The position will strive to keep the employee morale and motivation high by initiating activities for people integration and creating a work-place which is “fun to work at” and a “great place to work”.

 

Essential Requirements

>> Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent

>> Total work experience of more than 2.5 years

>> At least 12 months experience in HR & Employee Relations in a contact center

>> Should have experience of organizing and managing events

>> Must be fluent in written and spoken English

>> Good analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills

>> Extrovert, high emotional quotient

 

 

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager for “Measurement and Operations”

The position will leverage PeopleSoft to build a strong HRMS and facilitate key Performance Management Process in the organization. Also assist in talent transition, salary administration, pre-employment verifications, maintain leave & attendance records and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered.

 

Essential Requirements

>> Must have finished at least 2 years in college or equivalent

>> Total work experience of more than 3 years

>> More than 12 months experience in HR, HR Operations and Performance Management in a contact center

>> Must be fluent in written and spoken English

>> High analytical skills

>> Excellent interpersonal skills

>> Extrovert and high emotional quotient

>> Preferably should have worked on people soft / oracle / sap HR modules
